MetroPower is Hiring a Project Manager Near Tucker, GA

Metro Power is hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Atlanta, GA for the Healthcare market. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the profitable execution of Healthcare Projects under his/her control. This position requires someone with proven experience in the Healthcare market. The role will act as the primary resource who manages safety, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, profits, and sales growth for concurrent projects involving one or more customers. To be considered for this job, you must have at least 5 years of experience directly in an Electrical Construction Project Manager role within the healthcare market. Continually prospect for new customers through the execution of existing projects. Conduct business in accordance with PPC and MetroPower, Inc. mission and vision statements.

Job responsibilities:

  • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support and promote goal of achieving zero accidents
  • Facilitate constant process improvement in production and efficiency to optimize output of the field workforce.
  • Manage billing and collections; track accounts receivable and manage working capital
  • Prospect for leads through interaction and networking on job sites. Develop productive relationships to help grow the business.
  • Forecast weekly goals based on human and material resources and equipment.
  • Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency.
  • Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback & growth opportunities to direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee repeat sales and favorable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Four-year construction or engineering-related degree preferred or relative experience (2-4years in project management role)
  • Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable
  • Highly customer-service oriented & a team player; ability to create new and maintain current customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation is also required.
  • 5 years prior experience in healthcare related electrical construction projects is required.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years’ experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of JCAHO Standards preferred
  • ASHE CHC or HCC Certificates preferred
  • Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully
  • Preferred contacts in healthcare market
  • Knowledge of Healthcare related work practices including infection control, emergency systems & life safety.

Pay: $106,873.00 - $114,152.00 per year
